Noir & Neat Cleaning Co.™ provides on-demand residential and commercial cleaning services in the Houston, TX metropolitan area through a network of independent contractor professionals.

All cleaning services are performed by vetted, background-checked independent contractors, not employees of Noir & Neat Cleaning Co.™

All bookings are made through our online platform. Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee.

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we will return at no additional charge.

Noir & Neat Cleaning Co.™ carries $2,000,000 in general liability insurance. Claims for damages must be submitted within 48 hours with photo documentation.

To protect the cleaners we recruit, vet, insure, and train — and to keep our service running — clients agree not to directly hire, solicit, or arrange private cleaning work with any Noir & Neat cleaner outside the platform, both during your time as a client and for 24 months following your last booking. This applies whether you approach the cleaner or they approach you. Our cleaners are contractually bound by the same rule from their side.

Going around the platform isn't a small thing — it removes the insurance, background-check guarantees, vetting, and quality protections that make Noir & Neat safe, and it takes income away from a system that supports every cleaner fairly. A client who circumvents the platform agrees to pay a referral / conversion fee of $2,500 per cleaner. We document every booking, so circumvention is verifiable.

The fair path: if you love a cleaner and want them regularly, just request them through the platform for every booking — it's free, and we'll prioritize matching you. And if you ever genuinely want to bring a cleaner on directly, contact Genevieve about a one-time placement buy-out. We'll work with you the right way.

Clients are expected to maintain a safe and respectful environment for our cleaners. Harassment or unsafe conditions will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas.
