Event Cleanup is our specialty service for any kind of gathering — dinner parties, weddings, corporate functions, birthdays, holiday parties. You can book us before the event (light tidy + prep), during the event (discrete staffing for refills, bathrooms, trash), or after the event (deep recovery clean). Available same-night through next-morning windows.

Pricing is based on when you need us, the size of your event, and the timing window. Before-event prep starts at $189. During-event staffing is $89/hour with a 3-hour minimum. After-event cleanups range from $249 (small) to $619 (extra large). Same-night arrivals (10pm-2am) add $95; next-morning (6am-10am) adds $55.

Completely. Every cleaner who works an event signs a binding Event Confidentiality Agreement before they're ever assigned one. They are contractually prohibited from photographing you or your guests, discussing your event with anyone, or posting anything online — no names, no address, not even a hint — during the event and permanently afterward. A breach carries a $10,000 penalty (a floor, not a cap — we can pursue further damages) and immediate dismissal. Whether your gathering is intimate or high-profile, what happens in your home stays in your home.

Same-night arrivals run from 10pm to 2am. We have a dedicated team of Event Specialists who opt-in to night shifts. Book at least 4 hours before your desired arrival window — we'll confirm a cleaner within 30 minutes.

They arrive 30 minutes before guests in all-black uniform and stay completely discrete throughout. They do bathroom checks every 20-30 minutes, trash patrol every 30-45 minutes, immediate spill response, and kitchen support. Think of them as invisible support that keeps everything looking perfect.

Yes. We handle office holiday parties, corporate dinners, post-conference cleanups, and venue resets. For multi-day events or recurring corporate functions, contact us through our Commercial page for a custom quote.

Our cleaners are trained on event-specific protocols including broken glass safety (photographed, swept, double-vacuumed), wine and oil stain treatment (treated within 60 seconds when possible), and candle wax removal. If damage occurs beyond normal scope, we'll document it with photos and notify you.

No. Supplies are included in the price. Our cleaners arrive fully equipped. You can also request eco-friendly products at no extra charge.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment are free. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee.

Tipping is appreciated but never required. If you'd like to leave one, you can add a tip directly through your invoice or in your client account — 100% goes to your cleaner. Industry-standard is 15–20% for excellent service.

Yes. We offer add-ons including inside oven, inside refrigerator, inside cabinets, laundry & folding, interior windows, and more. Add-ons are selected at checkout with transparent pricing — no surprises.

Yes. Every Noir & Neat cleaner passes a comprehensive background check through Checkr before their first booking.

Recurring clients are matched with a preferred cleaner for all future visits when available.

Our cleaners are independent professionals (1099) who set their own schedules and keep 70% of every booking — significantly above the industry standard. We invest in their training, cover their background checks, and provide the technology platform they use to run their work. Treating cleaners fairly is a core value, not an afterthought.

No. Most clients provide entry instructions. You'll receive GPS-verified arrival notifications plus before & after photos.

Yes. Our standard products are pet- and child-safe once dry. We also offer a fully eco-friendly, fragrance-free product line at no additional charge — just request it when booking. Let us know about any specific allergies or sensitivities and we’ll accommodate.

Absolutely. Our cleaners are pet-friendly and trained to work calmly around dogs, cats, and other pets. If your pet is anxious around strangers, we recommend keeping them in a separate room or crate during the visit. Just let us know in your booking notes.

Discretion is part of our standard. Cleaners are trained to handle every home with care and confidentiality — we don’t move valuables, don’t go through personal items, and don’t discuss client homes externally. We carry $2M liability insurance for peace of mind. For high-value items or restricted areas, leave a note in your booking and we’ll respect it precisely.

Accidents are rare, but we’re fully prepared. Noir & Neat carries $2 million in general liability insurance. If something is damaged during a visit, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll work with you to repair or replace the item promptly. Our cleaners are trained to flag any incident immediately so we can address it before you do.
